CANCELLATION POLICY

 We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00.

Upon the scheduling of any appointment a charge of $30.00 will be held and credited towards the completion of the appointment. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the beginning of the appointment, and if a “NO SHOW” occurs on the day of the appointment, the $30.00 collected at the time of the appointment scheduling will be non-refundable.
